Riana Greyvenstein is a registered dietitian consulting in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. She obtained her Bsc. Dietetics Degree at the University of the Free State in 2007, where after she completed her community service year in 2008 at the Humansdorp Hospital in the Eastern Cape.
From January 2009 until November 2010 she worked at a private practice in Port Elizabeth doing hospital as well as private consultations.
In January 2011 she opened her private practice in Port Elizabeth where she is currently practicing.

• Constipation, IBS, Diverticulitis, Reflux etc. (all digestive tract matters)
• Paediatric Nutrition
• Food Intolerances
Riana was an active sportswoman from a young age, having represented her country in Weymouth, England in the year 2000 for Biathle. She is currently also an active swimmer and has in the past represented her province for many years. Swimming and running are still a big part of her life as she likes to keep fit and healthy.
She has a passion for sports nutrition with a focus on helping athletes achieve their best results by optimising their nutrition.
Riana is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and Association for Dietitians in South Africa (ADSA). Riana is currently serving on the ADSA Eastern Cape Branch Committee and attends to the PPD (private practice dietitians) portfolio.
Her passion is to help people establish a balanced lifestyle by eating wholesome foods and finding the exercise levels that suit them best.
